1. Using Revervel
These terms apply to the Revervel website at revervel.com and its related pages. “Revervel”, “we” and “us” refer to the team operating this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Revervel helps people discover places to eat, events and products in Malaysia. You may browse without an account. Some features, such as account saves, require you to sign in.
2. Information to help you explore
Our listings combine stored third-party data and selections reviewed by our administrators. “Trending” picks reflect research for the period shown; they are not a promise of live popularity. Google-rated selections are a separate view based on stored Google Maps information. Map zones show mapped places, not live crowds.
Names, locations, ratings, review counts, opening hours, event dates, prices, stock and booking links can change or contain errors. Check important details with the venue, organiser or seller before travelling, booking or buying. Confirm dietary requirements, allergens, halal status, accessibility and age restrictions directly. A listing is not a guarantee of quality, safety or availability.
Some editorial photographs are illustrative, including AI-generated imagery, and may not show the listed venue or its actual food or products.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only an account you are entitled to access. Google sign-in and email sign-in are handled through Firebase Authentication. Member registration does not grant administrator permissions.
If you believe your account has been compromised, use the password-reset option where applicable and contact us. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or investigate misuse. You may ask us to close your account through the Contact page.
4. Bookings, purchases and external services
Directions, telephone, reservation, ticket and shopping links may take you to independent providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Revervel does not take reservations, sell tickets or products, process payments or act as the venue’s or seller’s agent. Any transaction is between you and that provider and is subject to its own terms, availability, charges and refund policies.
Google Maps and Google sign-in are subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. OpenStreetMap contributors provide map data under the Open Database Licence; attribution is displayed with the maps. Other names, marks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Respectful use and content
Use Revervel lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, send spam or harmful content, or collect personal information from the site without a lawful basis. Contact messages should relate to genuine enquiries; do not include passwords or sensitive financial information.
Our original design, branding and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links for personal use. Reuse of third-party data is governed by the relevant licence, not by these terms. If you believe a listing or image infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify it.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Revervel useful and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate third-party listings, external services or matters beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that protect you.
7. Changes
We may update features and these terms as Revervel develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes to account services will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. Any future paid service will have its price and applicable conditions presented separately before purchase.
